Professional experience
Alexandra Milenkova began her professional career as an intern-jurist in the District Court of Blagoevgrad, where she got acquainted with the activities of the court administration and the preparation of draft court decisions.
She joined Velchev & Co. Law Office in 2021. Her main activities are related to the preparation of opinions in the field of commercial and contract law, based on analysis of the case law of the Bulgarian courts, as well as the preparation of claims, contracts, complaints and liaison with different institutions in Bulgaria. Alexandra Milenkova works on projects related to the establishment, liquidation and deregistration of companies.
