Attorney at law Velislav Dramov has more than 18 years professional experience in the sphere of commercial and corporate law, trademarks and industrial designs, mergers and acquisitions, local and international investments, competition law and litigation.
Attorney Dramov is a licensed industrial property representative and is eligible to protect industrial property rights in Bulgaria, before OAMI and WIPO.
From 2013 he is also licensed by the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) as an European Trade Mark and Design Attorney authorising him in Community design matters.
Professional experience
Attorney at Law Velislav Dramov started his professional career as an associate at Dobrev, Kinkin, Lyutskanov Law Firm in 1999.
In the period of 2000 – 2008 he worked for VM Finance Group Holding, where his duties included not only the entire legal servicing of the holding, but also the administrating of the relations with state authorities. VM Finance Group develops a broad range of activities providing attorney Dramov with the chance to acquire and develop considerable practical experience in these spheres.
In 2008 attorney at law Velislav Dramov joined Pavlova and Dramov Law Firm, where he worked in the field of corporate law, particularly the financial sector, venture capital, secured loans, telecommunications, information technologies and litigation. He has worked with many local and international investors.
In July 2010 Attorney at Law Velislav Dramov joined Velchev and Co. Law Office as an associate attorney.
Attorney Dramov was involved in many successful projects within the scope of commercial and administrative law, industrial property rights protection and enforcement procedures. This includes numerous claims for termination of contracts and for seeking responsibility of investment companies; enforcement procedures upon real estate serving as bank loans collaterals; the protection of industrial property rights of leading multinational companies operating in the field of high-quality alcoholic drinks production, fashion industry and others; preparation and active participation in mergers and acquisitions and their protection before administrative and judicial bodies, defense of companies accused of involvement in a cartel or concerted practices.
