Professional Experience
Attorney Iveta Viktorova has been part of the Velchev & Co. team since 2020. As an associate attorney, she specializes in providing legal support for mergers and acquisitions of commercial enterprises, managing due diligence analyses, drafting contracts and restructuring documents, and representing clients in notification proceedings before the Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC).
In the area of intellectual property, Attorney Iveta Viktorova focuses on cases involving copyright and trademarks.
