She has repeatedly participated in the preparation of due diligence analyzes of commercial enterprises in the Republic of Bulgaria, including banks, telecom operators and others.
In her practice attorney at law Martina Chuchukova represents clients in commercial, labor and administrative cases. Special emphasis is the procedural representation in proceedings under the Public Procurement Act before the Commission for Protection of Competition, as well as the experience in conducting exequatur procedures.
Professional experience
Attorney at law Martina Chuchukova began her professional career in 2012 as a legal assistant in Global Advisors AD, supporting the company’s activities in the field of public procurement and the preparation of project offers under national, European and international programs.
In April 2015 she joined Velchev and Co Law Office.
As of December 2016, she is a member of Sofia Bar Association and at the same time became an associate lawyer at Velchev & Co.
