Her primary focus is on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), having participated in numerous significant projects, including the preparation of due diligence analyses of banks, telecommunications operators, and companies across various industries.
Professional experience
She has extensive experience in advising and representing both foreign and domestic clients on matters related to licensing regimes under the Energy Act, the Credit Institutions Act, and other sector-specific legislation.
