In her practice, Atty. Karaycheva provides comprehensive legal assistance and consultancy to both Bulgarian and international clients on a wide range of legal matters. She is actively involved in drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions and analyses on various legal issues and their practical aspects. Additionally, she advises on the incorporation of commercial entities, ensures compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory requirements, assists in the transformation and liquidation of companies and represents clients in civil and administrative court proceedings.

Professional experience
Atty. Karaycheva joined the team of Velchev & Co. Law Office in June 2025. Prior to that, she gained valuable professional experience as a legal associate and later as an attorney at law at Georgiev, Kolev & Katzarsky Law Offices, where she participated in numerous projects involving complex legal and factual issues.
She has been a member of the Sofia Bar Association since December 2022.
