Anyone using an electronic signature will be able to receive information about imposed  encumbrances on movable property subject to registration, receive initial notifications about imposed encumbrances, and monitor changes in the status of imposed encumbrances. Both Bulgarian  and foreign citizens will be able to participate in electronic public auctions.

       These are just some of the new services offered by the Information System for a unified entry point for encumbrances and electronic public auctions. This system encompasses several new electronic services for citizens, businesses, and the administration, thereby enhancing the transparency of these procedures and facilitating civil and commercial transactions.
